Episode Overview

Picking up from the previous episode, Matt encounters a group of Native Americans who propose an alliance and offer him food. As he continues his quest to assist Marcy and Stella, he discovers that Stella has vanished, preferring to venture home alone. Meanwhile, Cynthia and Britt support each other as they navigate their predicament. Matt advises Stella to identify landmarks for guidance. Britt expresses her desire to escape the slave trade. In a bold attempt for freedom, Cynthia and Britt find themselves in danger when Blue Jacket is shot, allowing them to flee. However, when Cynthia, spotting Matt, turns on Britt, it leads to a tragic confrontation. Later, Marcy reunites with her grandfather, calling out for Stella to join her.
