In a small town, the local drunkard, Louie Pheeters, is haunted by the memory of a drowning he witnessed, convinced it was just a figment of his imagination. His life takes a turn when he unexpectedly encounters the very man responsible for that tragic event. As their paths cross, Louie must confront the reality of what he thought was merely a nightmare, unraveling the truth behind the drowning and forcing him to face his own demons.
