Episode Overview
Richard and Ling take on the case of Cindy McCauliff, who lost her job for refusing a physical exam out of fear that her secret—that she is a man—would be revealed. Despite feeling uneasy about the situation, they successfully win the case. Cindy later meets Mark at the office, and they start dating. Richard believes Mark deserves to know the truth, but Cindy insists that the right moment will come. Meanwhile, Ally organizes a model night at the club to draw in male patrons. When Brian sees Ally dancing with other men, it stings, and he publicly thanks her for moving on so quickly. In another storyline, John and Nelle face off against Georgia and Renee in a case where a woman is being accused of sexually harassing a man. John wins the case but is left feeling let down after a brief encounter with the client.
