Episode Overview

Kimmie arrives at Cage & Fish seeking Ally's help as she takes legal action against her former employer for wrongful termination. They dismissed her for being too conservative, and her opponent in court is Larry. This puts Ally and Larry on opposing sides. As Ally worries about her upcoming first kiss with Larry, she turns to Ling for guidance, who shows John how to kiss properly, leaving Richard feeling inadequate. Nelle advises Richard to find a personal theme song. Although John ultimately loses the case to Larry, he and Kimmie decide to go out on a date afterward.
