The crown prosecutor firmly believes that Grace Atwood is responsible for the death of her flatmate, Molly Ryan, leaving the jury to decide her fate. While the jury weighs their options, Detectives Bruno and Pike work swiftly to investigate the Hertfordshire murder and determine any connections between the two cases. In an attempt to buy some time, Stan and Natalie seek to delay the trial, unaware that Grace has her own escape plan underway. Meanwhile, Patrick has become convinced that Prince Theo is the true killer and is driven by thoughts of revenge. When the Prince's urges lead him back to Kaley, Patrick sees the perfect opportunity to act.
