Episode Overview

Paul (Toby Kebbell) has recently settled into a small studio apartment and works as a gardener in nearby parks, often spending his free time in solitude. He becomes smitten with Kirsty, a girl he frequently sees on the street, and finally gathers the courage to invite her out. The evening starts off promisingly, leading Paul to invite her back to his place. In a rare moment of vulnerability, he shares that he harbors a deep secret, though he cannot bring himself to disclose any details, leaving him visibly troubled. This emotional turmoil ultimately drives Paul to sabotage their budding relationship. One night, he encounters a woman who frightens him, prompting him to flee.
