Hank's attempt to purchase a new dryer hits a snag when he's informed that his credit is shot due to an outstanding debt to Arlen Video. The store's system claims he rented a pornographic film called Cuffs and Collars and never returned it. Hank insists he never borrowed the movie and is determined to clear his name and prove the computer's records are incorrect.
