Episode Overview

Martin is currently seeing Julie, the college student who works at the office bagel shop, even though she seems to click better with Jeremy. However, Martin decides to end things with Julie when he becomes smitten with her mother, Kate, after an unexpected encounter. The catch? Kate is not at all keen on dating someone who goes after college girls. Despite her clear disapproval, Martin remains undeterred and pulls out all the stops, including a surprise candlelit dinner in her apartment set to 'Strangers in the Night,' but his efforts seem to fall flat.
