Beech and Deakin sneak into a shady, high-stakes poker game where dealer Steve Travis has been accepting drugs as payment when he loses. To trap Travis, Deakin poses as an Irish businessman and dares him to an all-or-nothing match, while Beech enlists a small-time player indebted to Travis as bait to expose him. Meanwhile, DI Carter from the Drugs Squad feels uneasy as Meadows keeps a watchful eye on the entire operation.
