Martella and P.C. Muswell are tasked with notifying the victims' families. As D.I. Galloway traces the origins of the Porsche, he conducts a raid at a scrapyard, only to discover D.S. Burnside from the robbery squad undercover as a buyer, attempting to dismantle the ring without informing Galloway first.
