Episode Overview
Ch. Insp. Conway fills in the relief about an upcoming major operation targeting Frontline, a gang of football hooligans. Two officers are embedded within the gang, and the team is cautioned to avoid any recognition. However, Acting D.I. Roach and D.C. Carver are taken aback to see D.I. Frank Burnside in handcuffs, compromising his disguise. Roach retaliates against a suspect who spits at him with a headbutt. The suspect introduces himself as "Get Stuffed," prompting Burnside, now leading Sun Hill CID, to slap him for his insolence. Tensions rise as Sgt. Cryer and Burnside clash; Cryer warns that he’ll report Burnside if he mentions Roach’s assault. The situation escalates when Burnside reveals that the suspect is actually the other undercover officer. Burnside reconnects with his former love, Insp. Frazer, who later confronts Cryer about his rumors regarding Burnside's integrity
