Episode Overview

An 18-year-old arrives at the hospital following a heart attack. House examines the boy's medical records and is confident he knows what's wrong. He decides to make it interesting by sealing his diagnosis in an envelope and daring Cameron, Foreman, and Chase to figure it out themselves. At the same time, Tritter's ongoing vendetta against Wilson puts significant pressure on the oncologist's friendship with House and hampers his ability to continue his work in medicine.
