House and his team become fascinated by Scott, a man whose left and right brains function separately, resulting in two separate personalities and a lack of control over his actions. As Scott’s conflicting brain sides vie for control, the team struggles to pinpoint the source of his unusual condition. They resort to unconventional tactics to encourage his cooperation during essential tests. Meanwhile, Cuddy takes a creative approach to compel House to fulfill his clinic duties after he declines to see a patient, pushing him to confront his responsibilities.
