House and his team investigate a patient who begins bleeding from his eyes. At the same time, House is on the hunt for a new escort after his go-to, Emily, announces her engagement and plans to retire from the profession. Eager to keep Emily in his life, House enlists the help of his “wife” Dominika to interfere in Emily’s new relationship, hoping to disrupt her plans and maintain their connection.
