In this thirty-minute episode, a spirited four-year-old Gumball proves to be a handful for his young parents, Nicole and Richard. In an attempt to manage him, they decide to get him a goldfish. However, after six fish perish due to neglect, mishaps, and sheer silliness, Richard discovers a unique fish in a suspicious red van that connects deeply with Gumball.
