Mr. Small worries that he hasn't motivated the students at Elmore Junior High, prompting Gumball and Darwin to attempt to boost his morale. However, their efforts spiral out of control, leading to widespread chaos. As they heed Mr. Small's misguided guidance, they inadvertently send most of the students and faculty to the school infirmary, with some even ending up in the hospital.
