Phoebe and Max Thunderman are tasked with looking after their little siblings, Billy and Nora, while their parents, Hank and Barb, enjoy a night out. Phoebe decides to invite her best friend Cherry over, but things take a turn when their super abilities are unintentionally revealed. Meanwhile, as Hank and Barb dine out, Hank finds himself in a predicament when he has to step in for an entertainer at the restaurant.
