Following a magic lesson led by Tony Blake, a carnival performer approaches him with concerns about a young girl in his custody who appears troubled. Tony learns that her father is on the run, accused of a murder he insists he didn’t commit. Digging deeper, Tony uncovers that the actual crime was carried out by a man named Malone. Determined to seek justice, Tony sets up an elaborate ruse in his magic workshop to lure Malone into confessing.
