Episode Overview
Sam, Lily, and Carmen decide to lighten their locks to challenge the notion that the popular girls' influence comes solely from their hair color. In response, Brooke and her crew opt to go darker with their hair to show that they can still hold their ground. At the same time, a stunning new exchange student finds herself drawn to Sugar Daddy, adding another layer of intrigue to the unfolding drama.
