Episode Overview

Flint and Mutt find themselves stuck due to the weather dominator and enlist Shipwreck’s help to escape Cobra territory. Meanwhile, the Joes work on an energy mirror to counter the dominator's assaults, but Destro interrupts their efforts with a devastating hailstorm. In the midst of the conflict, Destro’s weapon shatters, sending its three fragments flying across the world.
