Meg, the Mayor's independent-minded daughter, who has a complicated bond with her father, shakes things up at a rally for hansom-carriage drivers in Central Park, showcasing her commitment to animal rights and, not surprisingly, herself. Meanwhile, the gang is on a mission to rekindle the romance between Paul and his former girlfriend, Claudia, but Paul finds himself captivated by a new pen-pal instead.
