Episode Overview

Mike arrives at Caitlin's place to share the news that he's found someone special. In another twist, the mayor is involved with a judge who is still in the process of getting divorced. Charlie advises the mayor to end the relationship, but after a conversation with Mike, he chooses to support the mayor's pursuit of happiness. Meanwhile, Charlie manages to impress Caitlin, but the moment is cut short when Mike bursts in to declare his engagement.
