Relatives of murder victims Widmer, Rath, and Silvio gather in a support group to share their grief and struggles with loss. Meanwhile, with limited resources, Gee delves into the Widmer case at the Waterfront Bar. After 48 hours of mystery, Bayliss is finally identified as Rath. Lewis and Munch respond to a carjacking in Federal Hill, where a mother is attacked and her 3-year-old daughter is missing. Back at the station, Howard, Kellerman, and Pembleton remain, as Frank interviews two witnesses who provide a potential lead. Cox arrives late to the support group, still reeling from her father’s death.
