Episode Overview

Title: The Chatter Plot: Ricky is appalled by Lucy's fixation on spreading rumors about others, believing it to be her "lifeblood." Fred shares his discomfort with Ethel's similar passion for gossip. In response, the girls point out that both Ricky and Fred have indulged in gossip themselves. This sparks a wager: the boys and girls will compete to see who can refrain from gossiping the longest, with the victors earning a month of breakfast in bed. As the contest begins, things seem to be going smoothly until Ricky devises a scheme to ensure he and Fred come out on top.
