The Mertzes come up with a plan to live with the Ricardos by starting a chicken farm. However, things quickly spiral out of control when Lucy and Ethel rush to bring home 500 baby chicks before the hen house is even prepared, leaving Lucy overwhelmed with the sudden influx of chickens.
