Episode Overview
Title: Home Movies Plot: Chrissy's new boyfriend, a cinema enthusiast, inspires her to explore filmmaking. She receives a super-8mm camera from her parents and begins capturing candid moments of their fun adventures. Meanwhile, Jack's buddy Larry has his own footage—a risqué film he purchased for $50 from a stranger. When Larry stops by to borrow Chrissy's projector, he anticipates a clandestine screening with Jack. However, their plans go awry when Roper catches wind of it and joins in. Just as Chrissy and Janet arrive, the much-anticipated film turns out to be a Woody Woodpecker cartoon. While Larry fumes, Jack bursts into laughter and feels relieved. Ultimately, Chrissy discovers her boyfriend lacks interest in her creative pursuits and decides to break things off, opting for a new romance with a painter.
