Numbuh 1 learns that a ten-year-old prodigy has been admitted to an elite British college, leading him to worry that adults are plotting to extract the child's intellect. With his teammates unwilling to sacrifice their day off, Numbuh 1 decides to make the journey across the ocean alone. Upon arrival, he discovers that the news was a clever trick devised by the misunderstood mad scientist, Professor Triple Extra-Large! The snow-cone aficionado is on the verge of perfecting his creation and is in need of a test subject who is resistant to its effects.
