Title: Operation: S.P.A.N.K. Plot: Having served time for mistakenly punishing the wrong child, the notorious Count Spankulot decides to turn over a new leaf and assist kids rather than threaten them. He seeks out the Kids Next Door with a proposal to team up. However, his transformation from villain to ally proves troublesome as he becomes more bothersome than ever. The KND faces a challenge: how will they manage to rid themselves of this relentless nuisance known as the Pesky Paddler?
