Tommy steps into someone else's uniform, leaving the crew baffled by his antics. Colleen discovers yet another reason to be frustrated with Tommy. Meanwhile, Natalie approaches Franco with a request. Tensions rise between Mike and Black Shawn, almost leading to a physical confrontation. On top of it all, Tommy takes a chance on the chief's daughter, much to the chief's dismay.
