Grandma Flutter brings Baby Blotter to the Big Blue House as she heads off to her dance class. While there, Bear assists Tutter in discovering how to look after a baby, but chaos ensues when Blotter begins to cry. Just when it seems like no one knows what to do, Treelo steps in to save the day by soothing the little one and offering her his rattle.
