Episode Overview

Steve forms a new band with Cedric, calling themselves Soul Teachers, and they get ready to audition as the house act at Club Mystique. The students watch as they rehearse their moves in anticipation. Meanwhile, Aisha and Romeo keep watch while Bullethead uses the school's PA system to plead for his girlfriend's forgiveness. Regina, empathizing with his situation, encourages him to believe in himself. To Steve's surprise, he encounters former bandmates T-Bone and Clyde, now performing as the Rib Tips, who are also set to audition. A rivalry sparks between the groups, and after some banter, the Rib Tips plot to sabotage Soul Teachers' audition after realizing they’re outmatched.
