Episode Overview

During a therapy session, Darby is prompted to confront her fear of rejection, leading her to remember her 15-year-old self applying to boarding school in hopes of gaining her parents' attention. While stuck there over Thanksgiving break, she has a chance encounter in the dining hall with the effortlessly cool Luke Ducharme, sparking a delightful week together. However, the mood shifts when the rest of the students return to campus, and Luke starts to pull away, leaving young Darby feeling confused and heartbroken.
