After a mishap involving Coconuts, Robotnik gains extraordinary abilities that he eagerly exploits to instill fear in the leaders of Mobius. With his newfound powers, he sets out to undermine Sonic's reputation, turning the tables on the hero and leaving him humiliated in front of the public.
