Chef Mark Estee heads to Pensacola, Florida, to assist Patti and Warren Sonnen, the mother-son duo running O'Riley's, an Irish pub struggling after its shift to a full restaurant. Disguised as a regular customer, Mark uncovers a brewing conflict among the staff and a tension-filled environment teetering on the edge of revolt. With feelings running deep and jobs at stake, Mark intervenes, hoping to inspire someone to take charge and restore order.
