**Title: A Rat, A Rat** **Plot:** Van grapples with his role as a snitch while unexpectedly finding an angel, as Loretta searches for a lab rat only to discover a romantic connection. Under pressure from Gerard to gather intel on Nicky, Van hints at needing a job but is let down when the role involves constructing a wardrobe for Pascalle instead of something more thrilling. Nicky eventually offers Van a driving gig, but it’s for a hooker, Angel, who surprises Van with her unique identity. He learns Nicky is actually running the operation, but his hopes of blackmailing him dissolve when Gerard informs him that neither prostitution nor homosexuality is illegal. Nicky soon asks Van to keep tabs on Angel, suspecting she's shortchanging him. Torn between loyalty and deceit, Van struggles, especially when he has to lie to Munter. Things escalate when Angel realizes Van’s secret. Meanwhile, Loretta grows frustrated with the slow progress on her party pill project
