Exosquad (1993)

Episode Overview

DeLeon and Weston are tasked with transporting the captured Neo mega, Lysander, along with a mutagenic substance, back to the planet Chaos for analysis. However, they soon discover that what they have is not Lysander but a horrifying fusion of the Neo mega and a Neo sapien undergoing radical treatment for AutoMutation Syndrome. During their journey, the creature manages to break free, unleashing chaos aboard the Scavenger and killing several pirates, including Captain Ryack. In a desperate bid for survival, the remaining crew evacuates, leaving behind an unstable fusion pack that will obliterate the ship—and the mutated beast inside.
