Episode Overview

Phaeton orders Shiva to take the remaining Neo Sapien fleets to Venus for a decisive strike against the ExoFleet. Meanwhile, Admiral Winfield, with the Resolute II still in repairs, leads a significant portion of his forces toward Earth, hoping to deceive the Neo Sapiens into believing a major attack is on the horizon, prompting them to retreat for defense. However, Shiva sees through Winfield's ruse and launches an offensive on the fleet at Venus. An initial E-frame attack falters, but subsequent torpedo boat strikes heavily damage the Neo Fleet. In a desperate move, Shiva leads a final E-frame charge but is shot down, resulting in his demise as the assault fails.
