Frannie puts the unity of the ZBZ sisterhood to the test, prompting Casey to strike back by inviting the IKI girls to a dodgeball match. Meanwhile, Rusty faces an issue with Dale, who has become so enamored with their new apartment that he hardly ever leaves. To remedy this, Rusty recruits the Kappa Tau brothers to stage a scare tactic to drive Dale out. However, things take an unexpected turn when the landlord arrives the following morning for a scheduled tour.
