Feeling overlooked by Mark and the other hats, Weenie decides to leave. Meanwhile, Hoo-Doo realizes the importance of the genie when chaos ensues at the top hat. Desperate, he heads to Lidsville to retrieve Weenie. When Weenie refuses to come due to his ear-muffs, Hoo-Doo kidnaps Scorchy the fire helmet and Nursie, threatening their safety. As everyone gathers at the top hat, Weenie finally removes his ear-muffs and arrives. Hoo-Doo orders him to toss his friends into the fire, but when Weenie stands firm, Hoo-Doo threatens to transform everyone into toads. In a clever twist, Weenie pushes a mirror at Hoo-Doo, turning him into a toad instead.
