Episode Overview
As Lavie recuperates from her injuries aboard the wrecked Silvana, she drifts into memories of her childhood with Claus, who moved to Norkia and became her neighbor. Their fathers, Hamilcar Valca and Georges Head, formed a close bond as a vanship pilot and navigator. Claus's mother, Justina, treated Lavie like her own child, while the two fathers taught their kids to fly, giving them mock courier tasks. Lavie reminisces about her father's two friends, a male pilot and a female navigator, though their names elude her. Tragically, during a mission to deliver a peace proposal to Disith, both fathers perished, and shortly after, Justina also passed away. In another dream, Alex Row observes the two vanships in the Grand Stream. After becoming orphans, Claus and Lavie dedicated themselves to vanship training, ultimately having to sell their house to fund their passion. Upon waking, Lavie finds herself in tears
