Jessie, James, and Meowth set a trap for Ash and his friends, but it backfires, and they find themselves caught instead! Meanwhile, Ash and Misty reach Pewter City, where they encounter an intriguing character named Flint. Noticing that Pikachu looks fatigued, Flint kindly guides them to the Pokémon Center for some much-needed rest.
