Episode Overview

In the second round, Ash competes at the rock arena where his final Pokémon, Squirtle, triumphs over his opponent’s last Pokémon, Nidorino. With this win, Ash secures his place in Round 3. In the next round, he encounters a trainer named Pete in the ice arena. Both trainers have two Pokémon remaining: Pete sends out Cloyster and Arcanine. After a fierce battle, Ash emerges victorious once again, advancing to Round 4.
