Episode Overview
A Pokémon researcher invents a device intended to foster friendship between his water-type Quagsire and electric-type Magnemite. However, a malfunction causes the machine to spread this newfound bond to all Pokémon in the vicinity. Consequently, Ash's Pikachu and Dawn's Piplup become hilariously attached to each other. Realizing what has happened, the team steps in to assist the scientist in achieving his goal without relying on the faulty machine. Through their efforts, they manage to free their Pokémon from the enchantment, restoring normalcy to their relationships.
