Plot: Following his victory in securing his sixth badge, Ash and his companions encounter Stephan, who has arrived to participate in the Bell of Wishes Festival happening that very day. Intrigued by the opportunity to ring the bell at the pinnacle of Mistralton Tower and have a wish fulfilled, Ash, Iris, and Cilan eagerly decide to join the competition and test their skills in the festival.
