Episode Overview
The gang's boat docks in Aspertia City, where they plan to meet Cheren, the new Gym Leader and a friend of Professor Juniper. As a teacher at the local Pokémon School, Cheren struggles with self-doubt about his abilities in his new role, something Cilan, a former Gym Leader, empathizes with. After a series of chaotic events at the Pokémon House on the school grounds, involving Cilan, Pansage, and a group of Ducklett, Ash challenges Cheren to an unofficial Gym battle, with Oshawott set to take on Herdier.
