Episode Overview

While on Wayfarer Island, Ash and his companions encounter the local Metapod and Butterfree. They soon come across a Caterpie that hasn't evolved yet, and Ash decides to assist this sluggish Pokémon in catching up with its friends. This experience brings back fond memories for Ash of raising his own Butterfree in the past.
