Episode Overview

Ash reaches Trovita Island, eager to earn his third badge in the Orange League. However, he quickly finds himself feeling envious as the Gym Leader, Rudy, becomes infatuated with Misty. After she aids in rescuing Rudy’s younger sister, Mahri, Rudy tries to win Misty over. While Ash fights for the Spike Shell Badge, Misty is faced with the alluring proposition of staying on the island permanently with Rudy and Mahri, leaving Ash feeling left out and jealous once more.
