As Ash gears up for his rematch with Brawly, he, May, Max, and Brock encounter a Battle Girl named Shauna, who is determined to show that she’s superior to Ash. During their intense battle, Brock realizes that while Ash’s training is yielding results, Shauna fights like Ash did in the past. Just when the match is nearing its conclusion, Brawly shows up with alarming news: a hurricane is on its way that could devastate the beach. Will our heroes be able to brave the storm, and what has Shauna so anxious in Brawly's presence?
