Now that his longtime friend Brock is back on the journey, Ash feels like things are getting back to normal with their string of victories. One day, they spot a Zigzagoon being chased by a trainer named Nicolai, who is determined to catch it in order to strengthen his Pokémon for a showdown with Norman. May and Max aren't fond of Nicolai's methods, prompting May to challenge him to a battle. Can she secure her first victory?
