Episode Overview
Title: Tree's a Crowd Plot: While exploring a dense forest, Ash spots a Treecko, a Pokémon he dreams of capturing since his visit to Professor Birch's lab. He follows the creature to a massive, withering tree. There, Ash's Treecko finds itself in conflict with its fellow Treecko, who wish to leave for a healthier habitat. Torn between loyalty to the dying tree and the desire for a new beginning, Ash's Treecko desperately attempts to revive it. Seeing its struggle, Ash and Pikachu lend a hand, but ultimately, the tree falls. With its home lost, the Treecko decides to join Ash. After a thrilling battle, Ash successfully captures his new companion!
